08/01/2011 Lauréats du concours de mémoires ADCI

Le 7 janvier 2011, s'est tenue à la Maison du Barreau de Paris la 2e édition du concours de mémoires de l'ADCI (IP>SHARING). Après une passionnante conférence sur l'évaluation du préjudice de la contrefaçon des cabinets Nomos et Hogan Lovells, les membres du jury ont présenté chacun des 15 mémoires en concours. Le jury était composé d'Antoine Weil, Yves Gaubiac, Pierre Breesé, Carine Bernault et Alexandre Zollinger. Ce jury a choisi de distinguer les trois candidats suivants :

PREMIER PRIX :
Bérengère DENOEL - POITIERS
La propriété du nom de domaine

DEUXIEME PRIX :
Camille RIDEAU - STRASBOURG
Position Mark: A category of signs eligible for trade mark protection? Different standards of examination, different scope of protection?

TROISIEME PRIX :
Hélène CARRIER - LYON 3
Les Etats-Unis respectent-ils l’article 6 bis de la Convention de Berne ?

Félicitations aux vainqueurs ! Ils ont remporté des prix LexisNexis, Lextenso, IRPI et INPI.
